Ticket Office Information and Hours

The Stephen Sondheim Center for the Performing Arts Ticket Office is located inside the Fairfield Arts and Convention Center lobby. Hours are 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and one hour prior to all performances. Tickets may be purchased online at www.FairfieldACC.com  until one hour before curtain of the particular performance. Tickets purchased online, over the phone may be picked up at the Ticket Office will call window at any time during office hours or one hour prior to the performance.

Seating Locations

Ticket prices are according to zones for all Artist Series performances: Zone 1, Center Orchestra, Zone 2, Side and Rear Orchestra and Zone 3, Balcony and Mezzanine. Some performances and events are open seating, general admission.

Save on Tickets

Season - The Sondheim Center Artist Series offers Pick 3, Pick 6, Family Four Pack and Season Packages with discounts ranging from 10 - 25% off adult prices.
Groups - For most events, there are discounted prices for groups of 10 or more. Call the Ticket Office at 641-472-ARTS (2787) for more information. All group discount ticket purchases must be made at the Ticket Office. The group discount is generally 20% for all Artist Series events, but may vary according to the show.
Youth - The Artist Series and most other events, 18 years of age and under, a reduced ticket price is offered.  

Give the Gift of Entertainment

Don't know what to get that special person? Give them a Fairfield Arts and Convention Center gift certificate. Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and can be used for any show during the Artist Season and any other show at the Sondheim Center.

Payment Options

We gladly accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Checks should be made payable to "The Fairfield Arts and Convention Center" or "FACC."

Refunds and exchanges

Ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
