Rental Rates

STEPHEN SONDHEIM CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS
STANDARD RENTAL:

• Daily Rate: $1,200.00*
  *Flat rate per day vs. ten percent (10%) of gross receipts after tax, per show, whichever is greater.

NON-PROFIT RENTAL:

• Full Day: $800.00*
• Half Day: $400.00*
  *Flat rate plus $0.50 per patron based on drop count for non-ticketed, free events.  Flat rate vs. ten percent (10%) of gross receipts after tax per show, whichever is greater for events where admission is charged.

EVENTS CENTER

• Monday - Thursday (One event scheduled to conclude before 4:00 p.m.): $400.00*
• Monday - Thursday (One event scheduled to begin after 5:00 p.m.): $600.00*
• Friday - Sunday (One event scheduled to begin at any time): $900.00*
  *Flat rate vs. ten percent (10%) of gross receipts after tax per show, whichever is greater for events where admission is charged.

Daily rental fee includes basic lighting and heat.  Tenant is charged for tables, chairs, all necessary labor, supervision, special equipment and/or utilities.  Conversion to/from your event and cleanup are in addition to the rental rates listed herewith.

MEETING ROOMS
Monday -Friday (One event scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)

• Dick and Judy Smith Meeting Room: $80.00   
• Cambridge Investment Research Meeting Room: $80.00
• Books Are Fun and Cambridge: $140.00
• Executive Conference Room: $175.00   

Monday -Friday (One event scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.)               

• Dick and Judy Smith Meeting Room: $95.00   
• Cambridge Investment Research Meeting Room: $95.00
• Books Are Fun and Cambridge: $165.00
• Executive Conference Room: $200.00

Saturday-Sunday (One event scheduled to begin at any time)               

• Dick and Judy Smith Meeting Room: $95.00   
• Cambridge Investment Research Meeting Room: $95.00
• Books Are Fun and Cambridge: $165.00
• Executive Conference Room: $200.00

Daily rental fee includes basic lighting, heat or air-conditioning, tables and chairs. Additional labor charges may be applied to evening and weekend events.

MOVE IN/ MOVE OUT/REHEARSALS
Required move-in, move-out and rehearsal days are in addition to daily show day rental rates and are reflected as one-half of the rate for the applicable day's rental rate.

MULTIPLE SHOWS
Multiple shows on the same day will be charged one-half rate (minimum) against ten percent (10%) of gross receipts after tax, for each additional show. 

TICKETED EVENTS
All ticketed events are required to use facility's ticketing provider and are subject to ticketing fees plus a $2.00 per ticket facility fee.
